Jim joined Cayman National from a major UK clearing bank, where he was a Senior Manager in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands Corporate and Commercial banking businesses. Originally from Bristol, Jim is an experienced banking director who began his career in 1987 and then spent a short period in Jersey before settling in the Isle of Man in 2004. He has managed retail and corporate branches, led business development and credit roles including specialist real estate financing . He was latterly the Country Head of Risk (Commercial & Corporate Banking) in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands for the UK clearing bank until his appointment with us in January 2020 initially as Banking Director, subsequently promoted to Managing Director in 2025.
Jim is a keen supporter and volunteer for the Isle of Man arm of Junior Achievement, a charity educating school children on financial matters and in the operation of student companies. Jim is also a governor at St John’s Primary School in the Isle of Man and a serving Deputy President of the Isle of Man Bankers Association.

Roz transferred from the Cayman National Group's Cayman Islands operations to the Isle of Man in 2006 when she was appointed as Head of Fiduciary Services of Cayman National Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited. In May 2017, she was appointed to the Board and in May 2025 was appointed Managing Director. Roz is also Company Secretary for Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Limited.
Roz has over 35years’ experience in the fiduciary sectors in the Cayman Islands and the Isle of Man. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”) and the Institute of Directors. She is also a Director and Vice Chair of the Isle of Man Branch of STEP.

Jo brings over 35 years of banking experience to her role as Banking Operations Director. A proud Manx native, Jo began her career on the Isle of Man before moving to Jersey in 2012, where she continued to build her expertise across a wide range of banking disciplines. She returned to the Isle of Man in 2023. In 2025, she joined Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Limited as Banking Operations Director.
Her career has spanned branch banking, lending, project management, and, most notably, operations. Over the past decade, Jo has specialised in Operations, Transformation, and Change Management, serving as Head of Operations Europe for a major UK clearing bank and leading teams across multiple European markets.
Outside of work, Jo is a keen cyclist and often travels abroad to participate in challenging cycling treks.

Tony joined the firm in 2024 and is now a Director of Cayman National Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the Isle of Man’s financial services sector. He began his career in 2006 with a global life assurance company before moving into the TCSP sector in 2008, where he assumed responsibility of a broad portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations. Over the course of 17 years, he advanced through successive roles to senior management, gaining extensive technical expertise and leadership experience.
An Affiliated member of CGI, Tony has built strong relationships with professional intermediaries locally and internationally and is recognised for his commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Colin has over 20 years of experience in the international finance sector, having worked for investment houses and trust companies before moving into banking in 2005, working for one of the major UK clearing banks in the Isle of Man. In 2011 he was seconded to Guernsey for 3 years as a Senior Relationship Manager within the bank’s Commercial Banking department, before returning to the Isle of Man in 2014. Colin has undertaken various roles within banking including business development, commercial lending, foreign exchange and liquidity management.
Colin is also involved with the Isle of Man Bankers Association and is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance serving as a committee member of its Isle of Man Branch. Colin also acts as a trustee on a couple of local charities.

Kim was born and educated in South Africa and moved to the Isle of Man in 2003, where her career in financial services began. With over two decades of experience, Kim has worked across major retail, private, and institutional banks, as well as a large financial services groups. She specialises in relationship management and lending solutions for personal, corporate, and fiduciary clients, focusing on tailored banking, credit strategies. Developing strong client relationships has been central to Kim’s success.
Kim is a Chartered member of CISI and an Associate member of the Institute of Directors and holds the Investment Advice Diploma and CeMap qualifications.
