Application Support Assistant
Isle of Man - Permanent/Full or part time (with scope for flexible working if necessary)
Reporting directly to the Project Co-ordinator, Application Support Analyst is responsible for:
• Participation in projects to implement new software applications, working collaboratively with a team for successful deployment and integration.
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of software applications and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory
requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining the company’s software applications, installing necessary updates and patches, and responding to and resolving
user-reported issues.
Risk Officer
Isle of Man - Permanent /Full-Time ( with scope for flexible working if necessary)
The Risk Officer will work as a member of the Risk team, supporting the Banking management team. They will primarily be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of periodic and trigger risk reviews together with other banking risk activities. The Risk Officer will ensure that client service excellence is delivered to both internal and external clients by following the policies and procedures of the bank.
