This strategic leadership role will oversee the Bank’s operational functions and drive performance across key areas including Payments & Operations, First Line Risk, IT, and Project Management.
Jo brings extensive experience to the postion, having held senior operational roles across Europe with a leading financial institution. Her strong background in banking operations, change management, and strategic delivery makes her an invaluable addition to the Cayman National leadership team in the Isle of Man.
